How long does it take to assemble a hardtop?It always depends on how skillful the fitter is. In general, it is not difficult to assemble a hard top, but special attention must be paid to the orientation of the hard top (straight, parallel - see the assembly instructions for more information). A good guideline is 2-2.5 hours for preparation, placement and (electrical) assembly. We always recommend a "water test" after putting it on and test fastening it to guarantee the tightness of the hardtop. The optional rear window defroster connection will cost an additional 4-5 hours of labor to route the wire harness and connect to the battery.

Is the central locking connected to the pickup's central locking system or are these two separate systems?The hardtop ZV is connected to the ZV from the pickup. So these are not two different systems and you can easily unlock the hardtop with the car key.
