The solid load compartment cover SOLIDFOLD for the Nissan Navara D40 extra cabin is made of specially developed honeycomb plastic. On the one hand, this enables a high load capacity of the flat cover, on the other hand, an exceptionally low weight of only approx. 15kg. The foldable cargo area cover for the Nisssan D40 is made from the best materials and with the highest quality of workmanship in every detail. The alloy of the frame construction and coated polymer cover in black finish were developed for the aircraft industry and thus meet the high demands of our customers for stability, durability and comfortable handling. The "SOLID FOLD" cover for the Navara D40 Kingcab is best suited for UV and thermal resistance in hot summer and cold winter months.
The folding hinges of the Nissan Navara load compartment cover can only be moved in one direction, so that the cover cannot be opened even by manual force. The hinges of this D40 Kingcab tonneau cover consist of a glass core coated with a polymer compound. This ensures enormous resilience, durability and outstanding stability of the unique D40 load compartment cover.
The hinges of this flat cover for the Nissan Navara D40 extra cab are equipped with special sealing inserts so that no water can penetrate the cover from above. Installing on the D40's loading sill provides the most effective seal of all types. The all-round sealing tape made of EDPM reliably keeps water out and seals permanently. Moisture that collects on the cover can drain freely from the loading area at the edges of the D40 Kingcab. The type of installation also allows for convenient use with a load compartment liner with edge protection!
SOLIDFOLD for the Navara D40 2005-2015 is surprisingly easy and convenient to assemble - Within a few minutes, one person can assemble and disassemble this unique load compartment cover without any tools. No cover adjustments are required. The flat cover for the Nissan D40 is simply placed on the loading sill. After a brief visual inspection, the cover can be screwed on with two fastening clamps. These clips are already attached to the tonneau cover.
The Nissan Navara flat cover for folding "SOLIDFOLD" offers maximum possible freedom when loading and unloading your transport goods. The cover can be completely removed from the vehicle and reinstalled in minutes. It can be folded twice and can be moved open.
