Loads of up to around 200 kg are possible and can also be used for most of our luggage compartment covers. Seals reliably with joint widths between 4 mm and 9 mm when expanded. The foam rubber is placed on the cleaned bottom edge of the upright hard top / tonneau cover  glued on, previously trimmed a little at the ends.  Then the hard top / cargo area cover is carefully aligned on the upper edge of the vehicle cargo box and fixed using the existing aluminum clamps.
