The fixed load compartment cover SOLIDFOLD for the Toyota Hilux double cab consists of specially developed honeycomb plastic. On the one hand, this enables a high load capacity of the flat cover, on the other hand, an exceptionally low weight of only approx. 15kg. The foldable load compartment cover for the Toyota Hilux double cab is made from the best materials and with the highest quality of workmanship in every detail. The alloy of the frame construction and coated polymer cover in black finish were developed for the aircraft industry and thus meet the high demands of our customers for stability, durability and comfortable handling. The "SOLID FOLD" cover for the Toyota Hilux is ideally suited for UV and thermal resistance in hot summer and cold winter months.
The folding hinges of the Hilux Revo 2016+ load compartment cover can only be moved in one direction, so that the cover cannot be opened even by manual force. The double cab cargo area cover hinges consist of a glass core coated with a polymer compound. This ensures enormous resilience, durability and outstanding stability of the unique Toyota Hilux 2016+ (Revo) load compartment cover.
The hinges of this flat cover for the Toyota Hilux double cab are equipped with special sealing inserts so that no water can penetrate the cover from above. The installation on the loading sill of the Hilux Doublecab ensures the most effective of all types of sealing. The all-round sealing tape made of EDPM reliably keeps water out and seals permanently. Moisture that collects on the cover can drain freely from the load floor at the edges of the Hilux double cab. The type of installation also allows for convenient use with a load compartment liner with edge protection!
SOLIDFOLD for the Toyota Hilux Pickup is surprisingly easy and convenient to assemble - within a few minutes, one person can assemble and disassemble this unique cargo area cover without any tools. No cover adjustments are required. The Toyota Hilux loading space cover is simply placed on the loading sill. After a brief visual inspection, the cover can be screwed on with two fastening clamps. These clips are already attached to the tonneau cover.
