The solid load compartment cover SOLIDFOLD for the Isuzu D-Max double cab is made of specially developed honeycomb plastic. On the one hand, this enables a high load capacity of the flat cover, on the other hand, an exceptionally low weight of only approx. 15kg. The foldable load compartment cover for the D-Max double cab is made from the best materials and with the highest quality of workmanship in every detail. The alloy of the frame construction and coated polymer cover in black finish were developed for the aircraft industry and thus meet the high demands of our customers for stability, durability and comfortable handling. The cover "SOLID FOLD" for the Isuzu D-Max double cab 2021+ is best suited for UV and thermal resistance in hot summer and cold winter months.
The folding hinges of the Isuzu Dmax cargo area cover can only be moved in one direction, so that the cover cannot be opened by manual force. The hinges of this D-Max double cab tonneau cover consist of a glass core encased in a polymer compound. This ensures enormous resilience, durability and outstanding stability of the unique load compartment cover.
The hinges of this Isuzu D-Max flat cover are equipped with special sealing inserts so that no water can penetrate the cover from above. Installing on the sill of the DMax provides the most effective seal of all types. The all-round sealing tape made of EDPM reliably keeps water out and seals permanently. Moisture that collects on the cover can drain freely from the truck bed at the edges of the Isuzu pickup. The type of installation also allows for convenient use with a load compartment liner with edge protection!
SOLIDFOLD for the Isuzu D-Max double cab is surprisingly easy and convenient to assemble - within a few minutes, one person can assemble and disassemble this unique luggage compartment cover without any tools. No cover adjustments are required. The load compartment cover for the D-Max 2021+ double cab is simply placed on the loading sill. After a brief visual inspection, the cover can be screwed on with two fastening clamps. These clips are already attached to the tonneau cover.
The Isuzu D-Max double cab flat cover for folding "SOLIDFOLD" offers maximum possible freedom when loading and unloading your transport goods. The cover can be completely removed from the vehicle and reinstalled in minutes. It can be folded twice and can be moved open. The folding load compartment cover can be closed permanently in two easy steps using spring clips.

- Are the covers stable?Yes, the covers are all made of sturdy material. The different models are designed for different weight classes. Please inquire with sales.
- With which over-edge tubs can the load compartment cover be fitted?In the case of ultra-flat folding covers, mounting with edge protection is not recommended. All other tubs and spray coatings can be combined. For glued-on protective edges and over-edge trays, we recommend the Solid Fold or Rugged Cover model.
- How long do I need for assembly?about 10-15 minutes
- Can I combine the folding covers with a roll bar, styling bar or front protection grilles?No with manufacturer bracket. However, we do offer brackets that can be combined with some of our flat covers.
